Are you letting yourself be guided by small why’s or your Big Why? One of the ways you’ll recognize a life guided by small why’s is that you feel vaguely dissatisfied and frustrated with your career. Successes that used to motivate you feel empty now. There’s a sense that there’s got to be something more, a way to leave a legacy that really makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives, but you’re not sure how to get there any more.
